1. Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. Custom or personalized orders are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 14 business days.

4. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
